Hublot Big Bang Pop Art Ladies Watches Hands-On

    Saturday, April 9, 2016, 8:41 AM [General]

Andy Warhol (1928-1987) was an artist who defined an era of pop art and sent the visual arts movement into high gear.  His bold creations extended far beyond the canvas to photography, sculptures, silk screening, printmaking, sculpture, film, music, album covers and products. His concepts of branding continues to influence the industry today.  He painted iconic objects and celebrities in the American lifestyle of the 1960's:  Celebrities such as Marylin Monroe, Elvis Presley, Mohammed Ali and Elizabeth Taylor…and he adored fine watches.  He personally knew Gerry Grinberg, founder and former chairman of Movado Group, who master minded  the Movado Andy Warhol Times 5. Hublot Big Bang Pop Art Ladies Watches Hands-On Hublot Big Bang Pop Art Ladies Watches Hands-On The 41mm case size is very much the current trend in women's wristwatches.  Hop into any boutique or fashion store, as I do quite often, and scan the wristwatches. You will notice a large proportion of ladies watches are around the 40mm mark. At this size, a watch creates a definite fashion statement and becomes a notable addition to one's appearance.  Of course,Hublot classic fusion, it is not just the size; there are tons of cheap brands creating watch monstrosities with shoddy craftsmanship, however, a Hublot Big Bang Pop Art Watch sporting intriguing dial artistry ensures instant recognition,Hublot Big bang, excitement and appreciation of a highly desirable brand. Warhol's adventurous spirit of color, design and subject matter–one cannot forget the Andy Warhol 1962 iconic Campbell soup cans–erupt from Hublot's Big Bang Pop Art Collection. I had a hands-on with the hot pink model and its a beaut.  Due to snug fitting rubber strap, the watch felt very comfortable on my wrist.  As my wrist is relatively small, watches often slide; however, the Hublot stayed put without the feeling of a too tight strap.  In addition, the watch colors did a smashing job of adding a dash of color to my wrist. Earlier this year at SIHH, Hublot unveiled one of its most vibrant women's collections to date: Hublot Big Bang Pop Art watches. Drawing inspiration from Andy Warhol, a pioneer in the Pop Art Movement, Hublot created a dizzying collection of ultra feminine automatic chronograph timepieces with  a daring disregard of conformity and an edgy feeling of fun. The watches are available in hot pink, purple, dazzling blue and apple green.  Not only do these colors evoke a feeling of pop art era nostalgia, they are some of the hottest spring colors for 2014. Viewing the watch collection as a whole, one can see the 18k 3N yellow gold pink model and apple green model utilize the same colors in opposite combination as with the stainless steel purple model and blue model.  For a further feminine touch, 48 baguette precious stones punctuated by 6 of Hublot's signature H shaped titanium screws, alta calidad replicas Hublot Big bang, bedazzle the bezel.  Topazes cluster above the Big Bang blue model, amethysts upon the purple, sapphires surround the pink and tsavorites–a lessor known but equally exquisite gem–on the green.  The blue dial serves as a backdrop to numerals, indices and sub dials, decorated as if a stencil was used as part of the screen printing process, Andy Warhol's method of choice. The 41mm watch design  is almost identical to the  highly popular Hublot Big Bang Ladies Chronograph  Tutti Frutti Collection, originally unveiled in 2008.  The Award Winning Big Bang watch design is the most successful  Hublot design to date, thus creating new models based on this popular design is almost a sure sale.  Creating a limited edition timepiece inspired by one of the most popular contemporary artists adds an attractive  incentive to  watch buyers. Brightly colored gems set into the bezel makes this watch as a piece of jewelry  as well as a sporty chronograph.  Within its bejeweled boundary is an explosion of  color.  Hublot's design team worked tirelessly to create a dial portraying Andy Warhol's signature artistic expression.  The unique use of color and shading around the indices and numerals, sub-dial colors, case, bezel and band color combinations resemble the intriguing color combinations of Andy Warhol's famed Marilyn Monroe portraits.  In addition, the color of each watch corresponds to a different color depicted in Andy Warhol's famous "Six Self Portraits" which were up for auction at Sotheby's Contemporary Art Evening Auction on March 14th, 2014 in New York - a mere stones throw away from Hublot's Madison Avenue flagship store. hublot king power f1 tourbillon hands-on

    Saturday, April 9, 2016, 8:41 AM [General]

TECHNICAL Details from Hublot Mr. Biver can be a major watch collector. He cannot go over it a lot, as he ought to remain partial to his personal brand, but with wide (and high-end) interests his passion pushed his own brand to make some awesome things. I feel this is certainly one of the reasons he was so keen on possessing Hublot turn into a manufacturer of movements. Certainly one of the a lot more recent high-end Hublot wristwatches I got to play with may be the King Energy F1 Tourbillon. I discussed it in extra detail right here at Centurion. Why write about it once more? For the photographs, obviously - and, I suppose, to gush a bit far more. At the best from the dial, you see an exposed column-wheel for the chronograph placed as if it had been the central lobe of a brain. To satisfy the racing nerds, best replica Hublot Big bang watch, the ceramic bezel around the dial looks like a brake disc, and so does component in the tourbillon. The movement is called the HUB7300 and has 5 days of energy reserve. Whilst large, the King Power case is comfy and incredibly wearable. This really is definitely Hublot at their finest and I never care in the event you never like that the style isn't subtle adequate - it's a pretty neat timepiece. Hublot King Power F1 Tourbillon Hands-On Hublot King Power F1 Tourbillon Hands-On I am not usually sure what Jean-Claude Biver is considering. The machine-gun minded Swiss CEO covers numerous bases when deciding what new Hublot watches are made that it may be practically impossible to predict what will come subsequent. On the other hand, I do know a single thing: Mr. Biver is watch lover. It may well sound ironic, or silly, but when a watch lover runs a watch brand, it is actually a superb point. And trust me, not all watch brand CEOs are watch lovers. Among the issues I wish I could afford, but under no circumstances will, are sovereign islands, servants, and wristwatches like this. Depending on the material (the watch comes in each zirconium and "king gold") it costs among $180,000 - $195,best faux Hublot China,000. Yes, it isn't the most highly-priced watch I've written about, however it is not something to wave your wallet at. Is it probable for persons like me to nevertheless appreciate it? I assume so because, for me, plenty of my appreciation for the watch comes from merely seeing it several instances and knowing issues like this are becoming made. By the way, provided Hublot's penchant to present quite a few distinctive models (some with only minor detail adjustments), this watch shouldn't be confused using a similar King Energy watch released this year that has a carbon fiber bezel and also includes a minute repeater. There can be a friggin' city of mechanical parts arranged and developed in such a way that I have not quite seen prior to. I'm extremely impressed with how properly it is possible to see them suitable by way of the dial, Hublot truly has kept correct to their oath of mixing tradition and futurism. The gold mixed with black and hints of red make this one particular damn satisfying watch to appear at. As a limited edition of 50 pieces, this 48mm wide watch includes a brand new in-house movement which is the brain-child of Mathias Buttet. Apart from the time, it includes just two complications albeit accomplished inside a pretty satisfying manner. I can't enable but really feel as even though the watch is staring at me with two eyes as well as a funny open mouth. The dial displays a big tourbillon as well as a 30 minute chronograph. The two subdials offer you both the seconds and minutes for the chronograph although the tourbillon doubles as the subsidiary seconds for the time. This can be one of the first times I have observed a watch go for a subsidiary chrono seconds hand (they may be normally centrally placed). For the geeks, you are going to be interested to know that the chronograph is operated by the tourbillon carriage plus the deep skeletonization around the dial enables you to view this working. Reference 707.OM.1138.NR.FM010 Series Restricted to 50 pieces numbered from 01/50 to 50/50 Case “King Power” - Diameter 48 mm — 18K King Gold Bezel 18K King Gold and black ceramic Inspired by brake discs - 6 black PVD titanium H-shaped screws Crystal Sapphire with interior anti-reflective treatment Bezel Lug Black composite resin Lateral inserts Black composite resin Case-back 18K King Gold with sapphire crystal, interior anti-reflective treatment Crown 18K King Gold with black rubber insert Push-piece Black PVD titanium with red and black rubber insert Screws Black PVD titanium Water resistance ten ATM or one hundred metres Dial Black, 5N gold coloured baton indexes Hands 5N gold coloured, with red SuperLuminovaâ„¢ Movement Mechanical chronograph Tourbillon movement No. of Components 238 Jewels 27 Bridges Satin-finished,Hublot Big bang falso China, 5N gold coloured, microblasted Screws Black PVD Barrel With reinforced spring Escapement Glucydur hairspring Energy reserve Approximately 120 hours Wristlet Black Nomex® with red stitching on the upper, stitched onto black rubber with the F1â„¢ logo around the inner Clasp King Power deployant buckle in microblasted black PVD titanium, and cover in 18K King Gold What I adore so much concerning the watch is the movement. It is a testament to contemporary industrial approaches as applied to the watch business. The gear teeth are bloody tiny as well as the wheels are as thin as may be. There's a lot reduce away right here and so little metal it truly is hard to think about it functioning. This movement is much more about art than it can be about sport, even though it can be in Hublot's F1 collection. Someone at Hublot has a serious hard-on for the F1. I feel Biver and Bernie are pals mainly because a number of the most fascinating watches Hublot has released as of late have F1 on the dial. Read more:

Hublot Watches + Jet Li + China

    Saturday, April 9, 2016, 8:41 AM [General]

As they have done in other countries, best falso Hublot China, Hublot will connect with popular people and events in the Chinese market to attract media attention and give watch buyers things to talk about aside from mere product. The Jet Li connection as well as the limited edition watch for him is a good example. The Hublot Big Bang Jet Li watch will be 44mm wide in black ceramic and limited to 200 pieces. The dial has the motif of traditional Chinese screen work - which I think is a clever touch. It is actually a variation on the Aero Bang skeletonized watch dial look. The black and red tones makes for a nice look that while not unique, are pleasant and fitting to be worn. It also has the appearance of a cool looking villain watch! Inside the watch is an HUB4214 automatic chronograph movement. To launch the watch Hublot threw some crazy Tai Chi related event. Even the performers had Hublot logos on them. Hublot martial art warriors are coming to invade. What a message! Hublot got a huge space and put down a super-sized Yin-Yang on the floor. Jet Li was there and it must have been a blast. I can imagine onlookers walking buy eagerly interested in what was going on. Even if they didn't know what Hublot was,  there were probably inclined to find out. I recall as a kid watching Lethal Weapon 4. It was probably the first time that I saw Jet Li in a movie. There was a fight season between him and Mel Gibson - and he was kicking Mel's ass. That was one of the best fight scenes of its era and Jet Li was burned in my mind as a much more bad-ass fighter than Jackie Chan. Chan (who works with some other brands such as IWC and Richard Mille) was more the sweet-faced good guy,AAA faux Hublot classic fusion, when Li could be as mean and foreboding looking as he liked. Though in real life I understand he is a pretty nice guy and does some serious philanthropy work. Reference: 311.CI.1130.GR.JLI11 Series: Limited to 200 pieces numbered from 01/200 to 200/200 Case: 44.5 mm Big Bang in micro-blasted black ceramic Bezel: Micro-blasted black ceramic 6 H-shaped black PVD titanium screws, countersunk, polished & locked Crystal: Sapphire with interior/exterior anti-reflective coating Bezel Lugs: Black composite Lateral inserts: Black composite Crown: Black PVD steel, with black rubber insert Push-pieces: Black PVD steel, rectangular, with black rubber inserts Case-back: Open, in micro-blasted black ceramic with Yin-Yang crystal and the signature of Mr. Jet Li Water resistance: 10 Atm,Hublot king power, i.e. approx. 100 metres Dial: Matt black openworked skeleton, with Chinese screen decoration Satin-finished indexes with black SuperLuminova™ ruthenium coating Red minute track transfer Hands: Faceted and polished with black nickel coating, plus black and red SuperLuminova™ Red chronograph hand with H counterpoise Movement HUB4214 - Aerobang Mechanical Self-Winding Chronograph Components: 257 Jewels: 27 Date: Sapphire disc with display at 4.30 Oscillating weight: Openworked and black PVD coated, tungsten segment Power reserve: Approximately 42 hours Wristlet: Adjustable black rubber and black gummy alligator strap with red stitching. Clasp: Micro-blasted black PVD steel Big Bang deployant buckle, micro-blasted black PVD titanium screws and plate In a recent interview with Hublot's CEO Jean Claude Biver he mentioned to me how Hubot will put a lot of focus into Asia (namely China) in 2012. Boy, he wasn't kidding - and I expect a full of series of spectacle style events to ensue in the next few years that only Hublot knows how to put on. Hublot hasn't ignored China up to know. Starting in 2010 they chose martial arts actor Jet Li as a brand ambassador, and have had other events in the region. When Hublot puts their sights on something they do aim and fire with the biggest bullet they have. While I doubt they will reach the popularity of Omega in China (which is a totally different kind of brand), Hublot will likely be able to Replicate the modern style and fun wearing experience that Hublot has a reputation for in Europe and the United States (among other places as well). From all that I hear China is a very tough market to crack. Many Chinese consumers are interested in fashion and status symbols, as well as wearing and owning "the best." With superlative items being those that speak the loudest to them in terms of wealth and success. TECHNICAL DETAILS: BIG BANG 44 MM "JET LI" Hublot Watches + Jet Li + China Hublot Watches + Jet Li + China Hublot likely opted fro a Big Bang cases because many Asian consumer's don't yet prefer larger sized wristwatches. The King Power case is usually 48mm wide and can appear beastly on small wrists. Even at 44m wide the Big Bang case style looks good on most wrists. On the back of the watch is said to be a nice looking Yin-Yang motif applied to the sapphire crystal and Jet Li's signature. One of the first indicators of how Hublot approaches the Chinese market is with their logo. See how they added Chinese characters to it? I've not yet seen another brand do that, and I think it makes the brand more personable in the market. Is this the right approach for all brands? No. Other brands benefit from being distinctly European and exclusive. Chinese buyers pride themselves on actually going to Switzerland to buy wristwatches and then bringing them home. Anything Chinese about those products would ruin the experience. So it really depends on how a brand wants to be perceived in a market. Read more:

hublot's tactic with the blackeyed bernie ecclestone wa

    Saturday, April 9, 2016, 8:41 AM [General]

In response to the announcement, Hublot needed to defend itself and take a bit of 'less than positive' commentary on "how could you suggest this and show this image to the public!?" What it got in return was a lot more valuable. On the downside, people seeing the ad are not exactly going to think that Hublot is condoning violence, but rather, that Hublot is placing their product in the precarious situation of "people will rob you for it." On the plus side, Hublot products get a perceptional value boost, because "people will try to rob you for it." The move subtly adds value to the brand. Among some groups, one of the largest complaints regarding Hublot is that Hublot products are very expensive. Knowing that someone would risk hard time in jail to steal one ups the community's perception of the value for each Hublot product, and thus makes it easier for them to sell watches as the price that they charge. A few weeks from now no one will recall Bernie's battered face, but the underlying message about Hublot wristwatches will still be there. Mr. Biver knows this quite well from his years of composing publicity worthy events and messages. I can only imagine the conversation internally at Hublot when someone suggested to send this message out to the media. It is undeniably bad taste at first. Bernie's black and blue face draws your attention like a train wreck, it is shock advertising at its finest. You can search Google for more stories about Bernie's fateful night to see dozens of stories on the situation and countless comments. The first thing that came to mind when I first saw this image in an e-mail from Hublot was "wait, what?" I didn't get it. What was this? At first I thought the image of Bernie Ecclestone was some type of painting. I am not familiar with his face, but I do know of his work as the guy who runs Formula 1 racing. The British Billionaire's face was distorted with a painful looking black eye and other facial bruises. The 80-year-old was recently violently mugged, and among other things, his Hublot King Power F1 watch was stolen. The story gets thicker. It was Bernie Ecclestone who provided the image to Hublot and suggested its use. In an odd form of machismo, Bernie thought his abused visage would prove a provocative marketing statement for Hublot. The quote of "See what people will do for a Hublot," is from his own mouth. Hublot and Formula 1 have a current business relationship. The two companies got together and gave Hublot a unique responsibility. That of being the "official timepiece maker for Formula 1." Not the official timekeeper, but the sole licensee of the F1 logo for use on wristwatches. Clever, and it sounds impressive - another "Biverism," if you will. Hublot's Tactic With The Blackeyed Bernie Ecclestone Watch Ad Hublot's Tactic With The Blackeyed Bernie Ecclestone Watch Ad When asked why he decided to do ad this Mr. Biver needed to come up with a cohesive sounding response to the question. He always does. The clever CEO is a man who understands that people follow your lead if you appear to always have a larger plan associated with your actions,Hublot king power. He also knows how to construct statements that leave people unable to argue in return. Mr. Biver commented that this is part of a larger campaign by Hublot to denounce violence. Those whose need a "larger" answer explaining the ad have one. Hublot's decision to run the announcement was at least calculated enough, and Mr. Biver knew exactly what to expect in response. None of the commentary I have seen in regard to the ad surprises me at the least, but it does amuse me when people yell at Hublot's poor judgment. This is business, not art (well it is "the art of fusion"), and when it comes down to it Hublot will continue to innovate when it comes to getting world attention for the brand and its products. If these need to "shock and awe" a bit, then at least someone is having a good time constructing the message. In this instance, the media fell right in to their lap thanks to Mr. Ecclestone, so it was a 'no-brainer.' He couldn't ask for a better response, alta calidad falso Hublot Big bang. The Swiss brand is known for its unconventional tactics for getting media attention - and this move secured a healthy volume of mentions from many forms of popular media that would never spend time discussing the luxury watch industry. None of this information was placed in the above image send out by Hublot. In fact, it is entirely cryptic in its messaging. The point of it is simple I think. A beaten up elderly man along with the statement of "See what people will do for a Hublot." Furthering the concept that the watches are so in demand, you'd punch your grandpa for one. Since the release of this image a few days ago, the media has been all over it. Mostly admonishing Hublot for its audacity and lack of good taste. While this is happening,Hublot Big bang falso, Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver is likely reading such commentary from his desk in Switzerland with a big smile on his face. I am sure that he could not be more pleased. Read more:

hublot greengo bang watch- to celebrate partying

    Saturday, April 9, 2016, 8:40 AM [General]

Hublot GreenGo Bang Watch: To Celebrate Partying Hublot GreenGo Bang Watch: To Celebrate Partying Have you been towards the Gstaad Palace? No? Nicely, then I am sorry to say that you simply possibly don't know about GreenGo - the well known club that is now celebrating its 40th anniversary. I don't consider it has changed because it was designed. According to their web page (and photos), the club remains in its 1970s era fittings. Appears like what would take place in case you constructed a lounge in an underground pool that just occurred to double as a dungeon. Even though for this Californian, the name of your 'hot spot' is just "gringo." What exactly is more funny is the fact that the watch practically has the colors in the Mexican flag on it. According to GreenGo's web page. It's open only during the winter (what, no one visits Gstaad during the summer season?), and is "THE location to become. It really is a unique place using a specific environment." Doesn't get extra specific than that proper? The copy on their web-site is entirely cheesy, which amuses the hell out of me. "[The DJ] plays one of the most well-known and up-to-date songs for our illustrious clientele. Come and really feel the rhythm of every single song."
