Certified Life Coach Guy Blews?on DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE:
There is no point moaning about things if you won't DECIDE to change your limiting behavior...
Once you DECIDE that you are going to change your ways, then you have to DO whatever it is you DECIDE to DO...
But the important part is the DISCIPLINE - you have to keep DOing the thing you DECIDEd to do...
Make sense?

Allow me to clarify -
If you put your mind to something, you can usually achieve it...
But, there is a process that needs to be accepted if you are to succeed...
It is not possible to change your life for the better, or to create a change in your life, if you do not clearly DECIDE what that change is going to be.
You have to DECIDE where you want to be or what you want to do.
Once you have made the decision, you then have to actually DO something about it.

If you have DECIDEd to lose weight, then you have to eat more healthily and exercise more regularly - simply making a decision does not help you lose weight...
If you begin to eat more healthily and exercise more regularly, then you have to be DISCIPLINEd in your execution of the decision...
Losing weight will not happen overnight - it takes time... and, just as you were disciplined about getting fat by over-eating bad foods and under-exercising all the time, so you will have to display reverse-discipline in order to lose weight.
It is easy to make a life-altering decision - it is not so easy to actually make it happen.

Too many times, a decision is made and nothing is done about it...
Or the hard work begins, but soon after the DISCIPLINE is dropped and the goal is never achieved... Ever heard of a New Year's Resolution??
Life is full of challenges; temptation to give up is rife; problems persistently get in the way; situations become difficult; challenges arise consistently... which makes it easy to give up... which is where DISCIPLINE comes in.
If you DECIDEd to lose weight, then work out a lifestyle change and stick to the DISCIPLINE - don't stuff a donut down your throat just because you worked out that day, eat an apple instead - eat healthily and exercise regularly. You can do it.

However, DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE does not directly apply to relationships and marriage...
Just because you DECIDE you want to be in a relationship, just because you say and DO 'all the right things', just because you display DISCIPLINE in your love life, does not mean you will achieve your agenda-driven goal...
Allow me to explain -
When someone else is inextricably involved in the equation of DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE,Patent XK, you allow a variable to be a part of the solution, which means you have an additional problem that you have no control over...
Sure, you can lose weight, meditate everyday, eat well, write a book, start a surf shop, build a house,?travel to faraway lands,EYE CONTACT INC, donate all your money to charity or do innumerable things that you have some sort of control over...
But when it comes to relationships, you have to be slightly more detached if you are to succeed - displaying DISCIPLINE in relationships is not sexy, it is not conducive to true love, it smacks of insecurity and it reeks of agenda - do not do this...
Relationship-Expert-Guy-Blews DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE
If you want to succeed in love and relationships, then DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE with your own life, not someone else's.
Be the best you can be so that other people want to be with you, and then you can be involved in a relationship that is a positive addition to your (now fantastic) existence - a REALISTIC RELATIONSHIP.

DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE works wonders when it comes to achieving personal goals... but does not work so well with relationships and marriage (as displayed by the outrageous rate of divorce)... however, if you DECIDE DO DISCIPLINE with your own life, you might be amazed at the positive influence it has on your relationship abilities - there is nothing quite like confidence to bring in the love.
DECIDE. DO. DISCIPLINE - a phrase to live by.
