After several rebuttals the owner finally informs the rep, that his brother sells a competitor of the "Flugal" and will not change for anyone, regardless of any factors related to the product. Now the rep has lost all ability to talk about any other products, because the owner has lost attention, patience and excitement needed for another 45-60 sales discussion of other products.
