El Congreso resuelve que Acebes y Michavila no cometen incompatibilidades Madrid. (EFE).- El Congreso ha resuelto hoy que las funciones ajenas a la Cámara de los parlamentarios populares Ángel Acebes y José María Michavila no incurren en ninguna incompatibilidad con los cometidos de los diputados. Así lo han confirmado a Efe diversas fuentes parlamentarias tras la reunión que ha celebrado hoy la Comisión del Estatuto de los Diputados. Dicha Comisión ha estudiado los casos de supuestas incompatibilidades en las funciones extraparlamentarias de más de 40 diputados, entre ellos Acebes y Michavila. El primero ha pasado a formar parte del Consejo de Administración de Cibeles, una corporación financiera, y de carácter privado, de Caja Madrid para salir a Bolsa. De acuerdo con la pormenorizada documentación remitida por el propio Acebes, en sus funciones no se da incidencia alguna en la concesión de crédito o en la prestación de seguros, lo que supone que el ex secretario general del PP no incurre en ninguna incompatibilidad con las funciones del diputado. Los cometidos de los funcionarios parlamentarios en el Congreso están regulados por el Régimen de Incompatibilidades y de acuerdo con el contenido del mismo y con el informe redactado al efecto por los servicios jurídicos de la Cámara Baja, las funciones de Acebes en Cibeles casan con las del diputado. En lo que respecta a las funciones de Michavila, tampoco se dan incompatibilidades. Ein Master aus Karrierestreben lohnt sich jedenfalls nicht - die Chancen in einem Unternehmen steigen damit kaum. Bleibe ich nach dem Bachelor weiter an der Uni und hänge noch einen Master dran? Oder will ich lieber sofort im Beruf durchstarten? Stehen Studenten vor dieser Entscheidung, hört man oft die gleiche Klage, sagt Nils Zerche, Karriereberater in Köln. Nur mit einem Bachelor in den Beruf: Das trauen sich viele nicht. Denn viele Hochschüler fühlten sich nur unzureichend vorbereitet. «Das Studieren im Schnellverfahren lässt den Studenten wenig Raum, sich auch einmal abseits der festgelegten Studienstrukturen umzusehen», kritisiert der Coach. Um Zeit zu gewinnen und sich sicherer zu fühlen, schlössen viele deshalb den Master an. Das belegt auch eine Befragung des Hochschul-Informations-Systems (HIS). Danach sagten zwei von drei Studenten, der Grund für ein Masterstudium sei, dass sie nur geringes Vertrauen in die Berufschancen mit dem Bachelorabschluss haben. Ebenso gut bewertet ein Großteil die Fähigkeit, Wissen auf neue Probleme anzuwenden sowie Wissenslücken zu erkennen und zu schließen. Und selbst wer in eine Führungsposition möchte, braucht den Master nicht. Nach der Umfrage können Bachelorabsolventen in 85 Prozent der Unternehmen jede Karriereposition erreichen. Zwei Drittel der Arbeitgeber zahlen Bachelors sogar das gleiche Gehalt wie Diplomabsolventen. Ein Beispiel für einen erfolgreichen Berufseinstieg mit Bachelorabschluss ist Dennis Kubon. Nach vier Jahren Studium an der Fontys Internationale Hogeschool Economie im niederländischen Venlo entschied sich der Bonner, mit seinem Bachelor in International Marketing in den Beruf einzusteigen. Während eines Praxissemesters bei der Deutschen Telekom, wo er auch seine Bachelorarbeit schrieb, konnte er viele Kontakte im Unternehmen knüpfen und erhielt nach seinem Studium eine Stelle. «Die Arbeit dort gefiel mir so gut, dass ich mich um eine Stelle beworben habe», erzählt Kubon. Mit Erfolg. Kubon ist in seinem Unternehmen keine Ausnahme: Von den Hochschulabsolventen, die die Deutsche Telekom jährlich einstellt, haben 40 Prozent einen Bachelorabschluss, 8 Prozent einen Masterabschluss und 40 Prozent ein Diplom. Ähnlich sieht es in anderen Großkonzernen aus. Und auch im Mittelstand verfügten Bachelorabsolventen über gute Berufsaussichten, so Mario Ohoven, Präsident des Bundesverbands mittelständische Wirtschaft (BVMW). Viele Klein- und Mittelbetriebe stellten gern Bewerber mit einem Bachelor ein. Der Master ist also kein Muss für eine erfolgreiche Karriere. Es gibt jedoch andere gute Gründe, ein Masterstudium zu absolvieren, findet Berater Nils Zerche. «Wer den Master macht, sollte sich auch inhaltlich dafür interessieren und Spaß am Studieren haben ghd classic.
